LEASE OF HIRE EQUIPMENT:
PROPOSAL FOR BIKE HIRE KIOSK OPERATORS.
THIS PROPOSAL IS FOR A TRIAL PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS

OLYMPICYCLE HIRE will install ten bikes, ten helmets and a stand as described by our representative.

The bikes are maintained and insured by us so there is no expense to you and no risk. We will advertise your business on our web page and in other media.

For the first three months the costs are reduced so you can get a start to $40 per day, $20.00 half day and $10.00 per hour, these amount are shared with you with 60% comes to us with 40% as your profit margin.

After the trial period the percentages change to 70% with 30% as your profit. The hire costs will go to normal $50.00 for a day with %30.00 for half day and just $10.00 per hour.

Hire prices will go up every twelve months and will be indexed and rounded up to whole dollars.

We also will do maintenance on your existing fleet of bikes if you so require. (charges on application)

Olympicycle will:

Supply and maintain a number of bikes ( min 10) and helmets for hire to your clients. The maintenance program will include servicing the bikes every three months

The Bikes:

SIS equipped geared Mountain bikes, puncture proofed tyres.
They are easy and comfortable to ride so your customers will enjoy the ride.

The Resort/Kiosk will:

Be responsible for the bikes while in your care, storing them in a secure dry room, Hire and collect money and check bikes for any damage when returned. The agreed value per unit will apply if any unit goes missing.

Tours:

Day hire and bike escort is available

Tour escort charges: $0.85 per kilometre per vehicle From A to A Additional bikes charged at $40.00 per day each

Your charges to client:

Bikes will hire for $50.00 per day $30.00 for half day or $10.00 for one hour.

Minimum lease is three months with a minimum of ten bikes, additional bikes being available for busy periods.

Other frame types like cruisers, dragster, "U" frames with or with out gears are also available for hire, lease or sale.
